Meeting was called to order at 7:20PM

Secretary’s Report: Tricia moved to accept last meetings minutes, Bill seconded – motion passed.

Treasures Report: Tricia has Income & Expense reports complete and are available for any member to look at. Current balance is $29,964.82.

Annual Dues & Data Sheets are due by September 1, 2004. Mail them to the PO Box or drop them in the mailbox at the field. Tricia checks them both daily around the time that dues are due.

Training Report –Training is going well. Summer hours have started – Open Class is Saturday morning, Novice & Beginner Classes are Monday evening, EEM is Wednesday evening, Intermediate is Thursday evening. The beginner class is in its 5^th week.

New Members: We welcome, Mindy Vescovo, John Paul Fennell, David Scheick, Giedre Clark & Abby Linam (Jr Member!).

Important Dates – Next meeting will be Sept 21st at Tricia Hastings home at 7PM. This is our annual officer election meeting & potluck.

NADAC/ASCA/AMBOR Trial Report: Next trial is set for March 11,12,13 of March at the Hays Co Civic Center. Kim Galusha is Trial Chair & Tricia Hastings is Trial Secretary. Still need volunteers for additional positions. Contact Kim if you are interested.

AKC Trial Report: Preparations are going well and everything is on track.

TTouch Seminar – The TTouch Seminar is open to K9X Members only until August 1^st then will open to general public. Any questions contact Jaime Margiotta.

Games Day/Work Day – August 21^st at 8:15am – Weavers, NADAC Gamblers & Tunnelers will take the place of regular class. After the games day please move a pil of mulch to behind the old shed.

Dog Walk: We will be purchasing a new Non-Slatted Dog Walk from Paw-Z-Tracks for $785. Lori will order and have it shipped to the fied as long as the shipping cost is under $600.

Service Award: Start thinking about your nominations for a club member who has gone above & beyond this past year. You may give your nominations to any Board Member for consideration.
